Not only did they sort my problem in quick time, they went the extra distance to help me with a much better pump installation and upgrade that saved me a lot of money. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very highly recommended; provided prompt, efficient service and support at a very modest cost. Arrived at bach late Friday to find no water – pump not working. On neighbour’s advice contacted Simon. In 2 or 3 phone calls that evening he took pump details, guided me to check the obvious, then arranged for a crane to lift the pump. Saturday morning he arrived early, quickly located and fixed the fault, and cancelled the crane callout at no charge to me.
