★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carole is an absolute is an super star, just an outstanding person, and life changing treatment provider. Following a head injury, a family member was left with ongoing & debilitating symptoms - due to what is called 'unresolving post concussion syndrome' or Tbi. We didn't know about the condition at the time. Various symptoms included left side body weakness, loss of coordination and cognitive / executive function. Carole recognised the condition and put in place a physio treatment plan that saw amazing improvements after a long time of suffering. Carole worked alongside the family and other treatment providers for a holistic approach. We highly recommend Carole - particularity if the physiotherapy treatment for neuro or brain related issues. Carole is such a lovely kind hearted woman who helps people get well - we cannot recommend Carole highly enough she is an outstanding human being.
