★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mike worked some serious magic on my 10 yr old's broken front teeth - to the extent that photographic evidence is now required to show that they were ever broken. He did a great job of explaining clearly what he was doing throughout, and has a very calm and reassuring manner. Friendly clinic, the whole team goes the extra mile. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend Dr Mike Thompson who replaced all my amalgams absolutely pain free and meticulously cleaned my teeth when traveling in New Zealand. Mike is friendly, gentle and thorough, by far the best dentist I have ever been to (and I have been to many).

My teeth have never felt more cleaner and between Michael and Sam the hygienist, I have never felt like my teeth have been in better hands. They have put me on a regime toward getting better dental health and I am very grateful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are very welcoming. Mike, Jo and Karen and the rest of the staff explain the processes thoroughly. I have been going there for approx 45 years and started with Philip Chong. Always enjoy my visits, as I know that they want me to have healthy teeth and mouth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't post reviews as general rule but when I come across great service delivered so patiently, professionally and is such a kind and friendly manner I have no problem sharing my praise for these guys. Mike and his team are consummate professionals. Very skilled and knowledgeable and importantly for me they were calm and kind that eliminated any anxiety and meant my treatment was completely stress free.
Special praise in the way they were so accommodating with me to find times that worked with my busy schedule. I can't thank them enough.

After a glowing reference from a friend I went to see the team here who are all wonderful, super welcoming and friendly. Mike is lovely guy an excellent dentist, explains everything really clearly without any judgement. I’ve had some really bad experiences with other dental clinics that put me off going for a few years - after seeing the level of care and skill at Thompson Dental I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommended ☺️

I was frantically calling every after hour dentist I could find on Google trying to make an urgent appointment, most didn't even call me back or couldn't help, but even though they had just closed they still took the time to give me a phone consultation and write me a prescription. They clearly genuinely care about their patients which can be hard to come by.
