Ticketek needs to pack up and leave New Zealand. They have zero respect for the customer and do not behave in a way that as New Zealanders we deserve. I have tried for 4 months to contact them through various channels. It might be hard times with COVID but it doesn't give a company the right to keep customers money and never have to deal with them again. Shame on you Ticketek. As customers we all need to contact the companies/bands that use Ticketek directly, pass on our concerns and recommend they find a company that can do business in a responsible capacity and with respect.

I bought tickets for Faith No More in Christchurch. Eventually the concert was postponed for a year due to COVID-19. I asked for refund. It's been more than 2 months now. They just ignore my request. They took money and don't return it back. They are just scammers.

If I was to design a company and website whose sole purpose was to provide the worst possible user experience and customer service, I couldn't get close to Ticketek. I hope this company collapses.

Don't expect much in the way of customer service if you need a refund, or are looking for information on the process of how to get it from there web site. It's like they don't want you to find it and hope you will become frustrated and give up. Staff on the phones attempt to talk over you when you are calmly asking questions they don't have answers for and direct you elsewhere when they realize you won't just be fobbed of with generic answers to what needs to happen when things go wrong. I'm short they just want your money and don't want to give it back. It's the first and last time I use them, I recommend avoiding ticketek if you are able.

Absolute travesty that the booking office is closed in the weekends. That is when people have the time to go and book. Should be closed (if you can't be bothered to be a seven day operation) on Monday/Tuesday. Very poor public service.

As per previous comments, it's been 2 Months since I asked for a refund for my tickets as they had postponed the show twice! No replies apart from the automatic we will get back to you! No wonder people get annoyed, refund my money!!!

Do not use Tickertek!! They do not care about anything but money, asked for a refund on tickets when they changed the concerts. It took 4 months for me to get the money back, they did not reply to 3 emails in that time. When I finally rung up to complain, the supervisor said to me its fine when I said I did not want to use use Ticktek again. Customer service 101 ???
