★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality of work is great, reputation in the area as a fine engineer. However, I found Pete, the owner, to be quite dismissive and borderline rude. Barely stopping a task to acknowledge your presence, and uninterested in discussion of potential issues/fixes. It wouldn't hurt to have a bit more of a personality, and actually engage with your customers. I felt awkward and out of place and like I was rushed out of the workshop. I'll reiterate though, excellent workmanship.
