Was in the process of coordinating a massive renovation and required a lot of tiles will never waste my time or recommend this store.

There were two shop assistants present but after 20 minutes of looking at the tiles on display, neither had even so much as acknowledged my presence. So I departed and got excellent service at the next tile shop I visited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptional service from the team - picked up the tiles plus glue and grout for our kitchen splash back, then went back and sorted out a superb deal for some contrasting tiles for the hearth. Highly recommended.

Completing a bathroom Reno, my partner miscalculated the tiles and we were quite a few short to finish it. The tiles were completely sold out in Nz, but Taylor and Jarroyd were so helpful with souring samples from different stores in Nz. I must have rang 20 times in the process and always very lovely on the phone to deal. Also very happy with the tiles, thanks guys! Would highly recommend.

Great selection with good design cues from the staff and a testament to their patience as they attended and acknowledged each customer through the door.
We enjoyed the conversation, respecting the time available and are happy to purchase from The Tile warehouse when the time is right for the project.
