★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team here were awesome. Accommodating informative, patient and generally above the bar quality of customer service. Was here to pick something up for my mum, so can't speak for the tiles/range of tiles etc, but as for the staff and the customer service - I walked out smiling for sure!

She was such a breathe of fresh air and we never felt pressured about choosing, with loads of samples supplied. She emailed pricing soon after visiting the store, and remembered our names each time we visited. A great approach!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our renovation/rebuild is finally taking shape and the biggest single and most successful change we have had to date has been the choice and installation of our new tiles.
Their colour is perfect, they look great on both the floors and bathroom walls, and everybody that has visited has commented on both how great they look and what an amazing job Erik Galle their tiler has done.
We would like to offer our sincerest thanks for the amazing and very professional job that the team at Tile Warehouse did, and especially Adelene, in helping us get this all so successfully organised. It has been a real pleasure, as well as a great success.

Tile Warehouse Glenfield staff were more than accommodating with the changes that were required. Not once did they question the change of orders. They made the process stress free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to Tile Warehouse because it was local. We're really glad we did. We received fantastic service from Adelene and Juan (spelling may be wrong? The Boss). We bought flooring and splash back tiles. We had an issue with some flooring but it was sorted out so quickly that it became a plus rather than a minus. This sort of service that turns a negative into a positive is hard to find. We will be going back when we need tiles for the bathrooms. (next project). We used their recommended floor layer James, who also did an amazing job, nothing was too much and prompt service and communication. Thanks again to the team. Steve
