★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Tilemax along with a number of other tile stores this month when looking for tiles in Wellington and Tilemax presented the best range and the staff were very helpful with the design suggestions and ideas.
The delivery was fast as they had the tile in stock in Wellington, the end result is fantastic.
Seemed like really great value too for the tiles we selected.
Thanks Tilemax ! I will recommend you to my friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are renovating our kitchen and whilst we had an idea as to what we were after, we didn't know how to put it together.. that's when the lovely Sam stepped in. Can't praise Sam enjoy, she is a true asset to Tilemax. Sam took the time to listening to what we both wanted, which to start with were poler opposites, and brought us together by showing us different colour variants within a tile pattern. Highly recommend going to Tilemax and speaking to Sam, we will definitely be back when we do the bathroom renovation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi - Recently visited the Tile Max Store in Wellington to look at bathroom reno options. Showroom service was fine as we explored the different tile combinations. I was advised that Tile Max also offer Shower Well services & consultations which was great to hear. I was given a card to call - "Joe". Unfortunately despite a number of left messages over a couple of weeks now, no one has called us back. Appreciate we are all busy but a call back is the very least I would expect from a service proposition. Hopefully you take this feedback and make the experience better for the next customer. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It can be a bit overwhelming shopping for tiles and after traipsing round a number of tile places only two stores gave actual assistance with TileMax topping the list. Emily was so patient with me, mentioning trends, colours, etc., putting many tiles side by side, lugging others upstairs to make comparisons and always with a smile. Taking samples home was never an issue either. Very happy we found what we were looking for so thank you Emily.
