★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On arrival met Gordon, had connections to the west coast. Gave me some milk, chatted and he gave me an upgrade to a lovely unit. Enjoyed my stay. Will definitely stay there again. Unit was lovely, had a good sleep which was a bonus. Good pressure in the shower.

The lady at reception was very friendly and cool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a wonderful stay we had. The staff were professional and friendly, the room was ultra clean and cozy, the campground is well laid out and welcoming. All in all a great experience, would definitely stay again. A hidden gem in Timaru.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service, we were arriving late so they gave us s site with easy access and had heaters and light on in the ensuite unit for our daughter. Lovely calm feel to this camp ground. Awesome playground in easy site of the ensuite units. Unit was lovely great use of space lots of natural light good bathroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean facilities with lots of showers, kitchen space. Close to town and Caroline Bay beach (easy walk for adults, needed to drive for my two kids under 7). Good access to Pac n Save (10 min walk). We were hoping for a pool, but none at this one. Friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great camp with all the facilities you would expect in a Top 10 plus more from service. We came with an electrical problem in our motor hone (no240v power), which was solved and corrected by the very helpful owner Gordon who has an attitude second to none in managing his camp. Highly recommend this camp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent family-friendly accommodation! We booked the super standard cabin which was warm and comfortable. The facilities for this kind of cabin are shared but the bathroom/shower/toilet were clean with lots of hot water, and the kitchen was great too, with everything you need to make dinner. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Bonus: the jumping pillow and playground were so much fun for my kids! Highly recommended for families.
Tip: check out the Dashing Rocks walk, about 5 minutes drive from the holiday park. 30 minutes return, and easy for families. You end up on a lovely beach with cool volcanic rocks - just ignore the abattoir nearby and focus on the lovely sea views. ?
