★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to timezone on a Friday night to play some games with friends, ended up getting a time pass and extended it for another 30 mins, which meant that we didn't get the use the blue game pass. When explaining this to the really lovely girl at the desk she gave us a pass for the blue games, and even stayed open late so we could play the VR game. Really accommodating staff and amazing customer service. Thank you Timezone, really impressed.

Our son chose Timezone to celebrate his 8th birthday. We were advised to arrive early if we wanted to decorate the room but the setup we arrived to was so good that we didn't need to. The event was exceptionally well organised and included little touches that you wouldn't expect (ie) giant birthday card for the birthday boy, touch screen DJ playing, helium balloons, 30min game voucher for every kid for their next visit. It also came with a Party Host who kept things seamless, during gaming time she spent the entire time dedicated to and checking-in with the kids. Price point proved to be really good value for money and our son (along with his friends) proclaimed it to be the best party ever!
Would recommend the 'lollie bar' add-on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The new timezone in Nelson is fantastic!!! Let's first talk about location. Ample parking of coarse being central Nelson. Very close to the movie theatre and bus stop. So if your waiting for a movie or catching a bus it's the ideal spot. Walking in the entrance. The lights the sounds brings back so many memories. The staff greet you and make you feel welcome and are super helpful quickly making up 5 cards and topping them up (even writing names on each so there is no doubt and no arguments?) The games well there is certainly a few to choose from and they are cleaned and actively cleaned also shooting to air hockey. driving and punching even a hammer high striker arcade game!!!! Which might i add yours truly set the new high score on at 976!!! Challenge set. The layout is awesome and has a flow. there's a party room the kids birthdays and that kinda thing with amenities (massive plus being able to clean up after yourself because we are not animals) and toilets are kept very clean and smell like a soft ocean breeze. The prizes . there is a massive amount of prizes from cheap stuff that breaks on the way out lollies toys to pop icons and apple iPads air pods wireless jbl headphones they have it all. All in all a fantastic way to throw away your hard earned money on some smiling faces that will no doubt forget you even took them there and and play up like second hand lawn mowers on the way home will no doubt be back because i love the arcade and i love making memories in the photo booth with my family solid 10/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I accidentally booked the wrong day for my child's party so incidentally showed up the day before it was booked. The Timezone host sorted everything out and reassured me that my son's party could go ahead despite having everyone there on the wrong day. Would highly recommend for kids parties and highly recommend the party staff, they are awsome and nothings a problem that can't be solved. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
