β β β β β Pretty cool options. Relatively good pricing but the vr ride was very short and not exciting as it was listed under. Only 2 staff and even when it wasn't jam packed that wasn't enough to keep up with demand. Really let down by the experience and mad rush and waiting to get credit etc.

β β β β β I've taken my kids here several times and the experience just keeps getting worse to the point they didn't even want to finish spending money on the card this time. Started with finding out the don't accept paywave and couple that with the slack mask-wearing im surprised they don't have anti-vax posters in the window. Back to the car and asked for $10 credit and $20 was what got out on the FPOS machine which gets you an amazing 2 more goes with there bonus scheme so decided I couldn't be bothered directing the clerk which I bitterly regret seen as we left after only $8 credit was spent due to a combination of 2 of those 4 games not working correctly, the noise coming of the jumping game defaning us and boredom.

β β β β β Pretty woeful trip to Rcade today. Three games (at least) labeled as out of order. 3 additional games took our money and didnβt work properly. We complained to staff who said βoh yea, theyβve been playing upβ - so they about it, and then gave us 2 credits for the 3 weβd wasted (?!?!).
The games that did work were frankly pretty average. I hope they get better quality games as it would be a shame to see them go under as not much for kids at The Crossing.
