★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This will probably be the most HONEST review here. Time zone Riccarton is an alright arcade but there are some major flaws that bring down the rating A:Games are constantly broken or repaired poorly~MAJOR ISSUE (biggest reason the rating is so low) B:The games are expensive and there is no real advantage to getting a premium card, most games back then were free, but now basically none of the games are free with maybe 2 being free for gold,platinum cards. I really would not mind the price if the machines were ACTUALLY taken care of and not broken all the time, or fixed poorly leading to dissatisfaction. I sincerely hope you do not see this as (hate) but only as an reminder to up your game so that you can improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My adult son and I took my grandson who is 7 to timezone and we had so much fun. I think the only other feedback is that we played mini golf and there was not enough ventilation, it was so hot we were sweating. Thanks to the amazing staff who were so friendly ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The games here are always broken, and please fix the midnight wangan machines, the one on the far left has a completely broken steering wheel and one to the right has audio problem which has activated a find staff causing the game to be frozen. The midnight wangan game should be also be updated soon the newest version wmmt6rr and please add 4 more machines. The game is too popular and 4 machines is simply not enough we need atleast 8 and currently only two working is quite an issue. Not only wmmt the dancing game has been broken for practically the entire year. I will attach some photos below to show the issues please fix asap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another great party at Timezone Riccarton and always a fun time playing all the games especially Basketball.
Great service from start to finish by all the staff we spoke to and dealt with. Our Party Host, Sophie was awesome and attentive to all our needs especially towards the birthday girl.
Only issue would be the Timezone app which is buggy and hopeless so I deleted it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We organised a birthday party at the Riccarton Time Zone. What a fantastic experience! The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make sure that everyone was having a great time. The facilities were outstanding, there was certainly something for everyone. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Timezone is a great place for friends and family of all ages. There is a variety of arcade entertainment from single player to multi-player and co-op gaming. Being a gamer myself and partner enjoyed some strength test games, hand-eye coordination and just straight up chance games. My personal favourite from the few we played would be Hoops Connect 4. How cool is testing your bball skills and brains to beat your opponent!! Absolutely recommend this place as one stop for fun and games literally! Great stuff Timezone, we'll be back for more :D

Oh, Son in law got high score on one of the games. Awesome day out.
