★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Popped into Starbucks to try out the coffee. The coffee was great with a rich deep coffee flavour. Located at the entrance to the Riccarton Mall it is conveniently located to access on foot. After 9am opening time you may have to park in the Mall car park as the street will be full.
This is a great coffee shop particularly good for those who want to stop and go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was less then impressive just based on the beverage I ordered which was a caramel cloud macchiato, it was my first time ever trying a Starbucks drink expecting to be wowed but maybe it was just the drink that I got for me, & I was not impressed with the taste of my drink thats all, also I find it so small for a busy coffee place, but again, just me, I always see startbucks very busy & thought it would be nice if it had more space & a waiting area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service here is just super ridiculous and totally terrible!!!! We’ve ordered 3 drinks and two of them were made wrong!!!! No one feels sorry about it. The counter even told me that I cannot scan my membership card unless I want to pay by it. People come here is just because it’s nearby mall and convenient. I will never come back here just because of the service!!

I still don't know what the fuss is about.
$7.50 for, by a long country mile, quite the worst coffee I've ever experienced. Watery, weak, bitter. It was only a cappuccino, I wouldn't have thought it difficult to make. I've never known another barista to miss the mark by quite so much.
The only reason it's two stars and not one, is because the staff were pleasant and friendly. Shame no one trained them to make a coffee, though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely ridiculous customer service I have ever seen, they put the wrong sticker to the wrong drink, and didn't even say SORRY at all.
Starbucks you better to get them trained well then let them come to do the right job.
So disappointed and shamed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went into Starbucks this week to order 2 takeaway coffees - 1 for me and 1 for my sister who was in another store - both fully vaccinated with pass. Told I could not order the coffee for someone else unless they also came to show their pass. Absolutely ridiculous!!!! Won’t be coming back here if this is your crazy policy!!
