Tina Beauty - Parnell

I have been seeing Tina for roughly 3 years now, maybe longer and now also taken care of by her awesome team! She has moved into a beautiful location in Parnell which is further away from where I live, however I will never have an issue travelling to her! I’ve never been so well taken care of, her services are amazing, and she is hands down the best in the game. Experience, service, quality, atmosphere 10/10

Tina was referred to me by a work colleague and I'm so thrilled that I went with her. I have very uneven eyebrows which has been a major issue for me, but I know longer have that issue thanks to Tina. Major results from the beginning till the end. Very unacceptable to share my personal information on social media Tina, my bank account no. You are a business owner and should know better. I don't know why you have blown this out of control. I was not in anyway complaining about your services, I was not saying you are not a nice person Tina. I was expressing my concerns around your gift card policy because I could not find this on your website or voucher, so I was very surprised when you said vouchers are usually completed in one sitting and that I was lucky you were assisting me because my voucher had expired even though we were in and out of lockdowns. That is all! No drama Tina. I am not purposely trying to give you a bad review, I am simply advising others to be careful when purchasing gift cards from you as obviously you have no written policy around this. You have left me no choice to contact the Privacy Commissionar. Not happy at all! I received a gift voucher from here from my lovely work colleagues. Voucher didn't expire until 9.3.22 however due to lockdowns, covid I have only been able to use this voucher once for a $65.00 lash service. When I tried to use part of the remaining $110 on a skin tag removal at the value of $80.00 Tina said the remaining voucher will clear off the balance on my voucher. I questioned her that I would have 30.00 left. This is what she texted me: Sure I have booked for you. "Please note this session will clear off the balance of your gift card. As I was already try best to help you make the most of your gift card. Usually we let client claim it in one off treatment only. Thanks, see you on Saturday the 19th @12.30pm". Then she said she didn't have to provide me any service as my voucher had expired. True, however this is unreasonable as no one predicted covid, lockdowns. Please !! Be Aware not to purchase a Gift Voucher from here!!!. As apparently you must use it in one transaction. Txt message from Tina: Please do it now then I will send you screenshot of payment made. I meant it. I have a business on going with few thousand following me I will keep my promise. I do wish you everything well. Wait for your change on review. Thank you for now understanding Tina and finally refunding my money after you told me to remove my review.

I enquired on Instagram about lip tattoo/ blushing last year May and since then Tina has answered every query I had, politely and with so much patience. I finally went last Saturday to get the first session of my lip blushing done and let me be real honest, her positive energy and the shop vibe just blew me away. She took time to first sit and chat with me and get to know me and answer any queries before she started the procedure. Explained everything that she was doing and never in my wildest dreams I thought I will sleep through a tattoo session. That's how peaceful the background music was, how comfortable the bed was and how amazing the treatment was. She even explained the after care so well. Looking forward to going for my second session in 7 weeks time and seeing her gorgeous smiley face :) I highly recommend going to her if anyone is in doubt and experiencing the wonderful service she provides plus her talent is a bonus xoxo

I have had my eyebrows microbladed by Tina many times and every time she has made them perfect. I’ve been to other people in the past for the same treatment but none ever made them look as natural as Tina makes them look. She also does amazing eyelash tinting. She’s super professional and everything is very hygienic. 100% recommend and if you’re scared of getting your eyebrows microbladed for the first time, you can trust Tina will do an amazing job.

I'm a Makeup Artist so without saying I'm super picky when it come to beauty service. But Tina has never failed to amazed me each visit. She is amazing at what she does and attention to details is by far THE BEST not to mention she is such a caring human being. I can't put in word how grateful I am that I found her.
