★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aparently the courier attempted delivery and left a calling card. Neither occurred, I've been home the whole time and no calling card in the mail box. I've been waiting weeks for this parcel. I won't be ordering from any online stores that use Toll. Ordered an item from another store who use Fasteay Couriers and the item arrived in 2 days! Much better service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute joke of an outfit, happy to drive around with my essential repair item for a medical centre for 8 days and falsly report "attempted delivery" several times. I have cameras and was at home and not once did these clowns turn up. Will be taking this further.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is a disgrace, so my daughters birthday present got delivered to someone else's address, yes we had a person home all day yesterday and nothing arrived, the confirmation email says it's been signed which obviously was a person they went to at another address, these drivers need to check and actually read address properly and not just let a dishonest random take others people's hard earned belongings, still waiting no updates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter will miss out on her birthday present. As it's been sitting in Yoll Hamilton's warehouse for 7 days. I will be advising trade tested I won't be ordering off them again if toll is used. Nor any other company who uses them. Appalling service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the tracking info was under “attempted delivery”. They did not show up to my house as I was home all day. They also didint leave a parcel card at the door/in the mail box. Useless deliverer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My drive was too narrow for Tolls truck. So the poor driver had to bring 2 heavy packages down my 40 metre drive on a pallet trolley and was very pleasant about it all. Very good service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been calling this place to follow up on my parcel, but no one is answering my call every day. I would call and wait for more than 1 hour but no answer. My parcel has been sitting there, which is very important. I want to know if I can pick it up instead Of waiting forever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toll Hamilton had my products from 9th March and did not deliver until 18th March. It was sitting at their Hamilton site for 10 days.
I called them 3-4 times and they informed that they have shortage of drivers due to covid which is understandable however after my call today with Toll and trade tested, I was speaking to a lady at toll who was extremely ignorant and said “awesome” hearing the the incident rather than being apologetic. Further the driver came for the delivery today with no trolly. He was a lovely guy but we had to manually help lifting up 4 very heavy packages. This is a pathetic service from Toll and would probably rate them 0 if I had an option.
