She is excellent at what she does, from our very first interaction Julia was informative and transparent. We were first time investment property owners and the process was a little daunting to us at the start.
Julia worked hard to find suitable tenants for our home and also stepped us through the new healthy homes policy (with a lot of patience).
Fast forward a year and we have excellent tenants and excellent ongoing communication from her.
