★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the best mechanics I have been to.
These guys are the most honest and professional mechanics I have come across. They aren't just after the money, they want to do a genuine good job.
They not the cheapest but they are very reasonable. I've gone a few times with suspected problems, they check them out for me and when there really is no issue they didn't charge anything for inspecting.
Once I had a suspected puncture, they inspected the whole tyre and found a small nail. The nail was only lodged sideways in the thread and did not puncture the wall. They removed it for free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first, my car was sent to them for warrant. Everything was fine but one seatbelt was faulty. Finally my friend got it fixed and I dropped my car off for re_check. We were told to wait for 30_40mins. After we had lunch and on the way back, I saw my car was on the road. I was told someone took it for test drive which was totally unnecessary because the re_check was only for the seatbelt!! Later I found out the staff used my car to pick up parts from other place. I am really disappointed with their dishonest and unprofessional behaviour.

I have been taking my car there for couple years just for wofs and one other mechanical issue. Great customer service. Nice people would really recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks Tony Matich motors. Driving through Avondale 2pm Friday afternoon. My Subaru brakes start making that horrible grinding sound.
Lucky enough I'm only 1km from Tony Matich motors.
They checked the car and the brake pads are done.....
In good Kiwi fashion they say no problems and they can have the brakes done by 4:30pm
This is awesome, I've used these guys a lot.
I thoughly recommend Tony Matich motors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service to the customer from the garage owner. My car was given to him to diagnose the major engine issue through the car dealer. But he wasn’t providing the information to us as a car owner. His Staffs are rude to the customers when you ask about your car issues. Can’t deal with these type of people. Be careful with dealing with this guy??

They have been my go to mechanic shop for the past 2-3yrs, they're very honest people, it's hard to find honest mechanics who don't try and sell you stuff you don't need. Another positive to add is you don't always need to go by appointments for things that don't take a lot of time like Oil and Filter, WOF or getting new wheels fitted, just call them up and they'll let you know to walk into the shop that same day.
