Applicable to tyres damaged under normal driving conditions with a legal remaining tread depth (1.5mm). Excludes the following situations: (a) a motor vehicle accident between two vehicles; (b) tyre damage attributed to abuse ie. excessive driving on a flat tyre, misalignment etc.; and (c) vandalism or wilful damage. Only applies to tyres supplied and fitted by Tony’s Tyre Service. Tyre Cover Plus does not cover instances where an after-market self sealing gel has been used on the tyre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contacted Tony's Tyres asked for a good price on a set of tyres and was given a price by the call centre that was double any price we had been given already. Asked if this was the best price and she said yes. Every other store was willing to help out and negotiate. I have been going to Tonys for years and they have looked after me until now. I was roadblocked by the call centre from talking to the store, rang again the next day to try to get a price from the store finally got transferred to the store. When I spoke to the sales person at the store he gave the impression he was not interested so I decided to go with another company

Gave an accurate breakdown on the calculator to show me how he got the final cost which did take up time while customers were waiting but he did not get impatient at all. I appreciate that a lot.I have been going to Tony's for years now and this time is definitely testament to why I only want to get my tyres from here. The price beat guarantee is also excellent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a customer of the store for a reasonable amount of time now and their service wasn't too bad. However, I've recently had an issue with the way they handle their mistakes. During my last visit, they did not properly install the hub cap and I lost it on my way home from the service centre. When I called and spoke to the store manager, he said it was damaged at the workshop and they will replace it (I was only told of the damage after I called them to inform them about the issue). 3 weeks went by and no call regarding the replacement from the store. I went to the store and spoke to the manager who had no recollection of the conversation but assured me that he will replace it and made a note of it in his diary. 3 weeks have gone by since then and no response from him yet.
- Since posting the above, I received a call from the manager within an hour of this post and this was resolved within the hour. Appreciate it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to take my work cars here at tonys for past 8 years but for some reason they have become very expensive as of this year. Might want to change your 'cheapest tyre garunteed'. Puncture repairs are free but only if tyres came from them.
