I actually don't know the name of that guy but he was very young and Indian heritage guy. I think they are very prompt and professional

Received a random call to ask if I was bringing in my car today for next week's appointment.
Woman who called me hung up, when I asked if she could hold for a few seconds.
So no, I don't trust you to work on my car if you can't get something as simple as a booking right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difficult to get a car park nearby so allow lots of time for that. I waited in line for about 15 minutes to be told I needed to fill out a form. Wasn’t impressed. I only went in because the online ‘service’ was not working properly. Do better please AA!
