The booking was easy, I called them the next day to confirm my appointment gone through one of the customers confirm yes. I headed down to my appointment time, good people skills really friendly and super fast thank you guys

β β β β β I was really wowed at the customer service. Was Great getting a good discount and amazed at how fast I got my tyres replaced. Literally the same day! How much of a stress relief that was knowing I was going to be safer on the road. Great service at the workshop would totally recommend anyone to the store and Iβm certainly a new long lasting customer. Thanks again ?

β β β β β Very disappointing. Arrogant upsell. When queried, passive aggressive responses implying you the customer are stupid if you don't follow advice. Mysoginist? Very difficult to contact unless you physically front up. Very slow to complete work. I know we are all wearing masks but a smile can be seen in the eyes and would be appreciated. Won't use again.

β β β β β First time using, got there on opening so was able to get car in to get a Tyre puncture repair. They did exactly as requested and the price was reasonable. Can I say I got great service? No. Can I say they were friendly and helpful? No. All I can say is they provided service as requested. So let's say they are ok.
