Bought 4 new tyres and wheel alignment. Good job. Till I discovered the damage done to my mag wheels which they now are going to repair. Came back after 1st year for tyre rotation. They put the 255 on the front from the back and put the 225 from front on the back. Upon return they were very apologetic and fixed the problem. South African assistant manager great guy.

Hungry for money, push me to change the air filter and spark plugs, which are unnecessary. More important, they didn't tell me that had to wait the parts to deliver, even I told the manager I had a meeting in Wellington this Monday afternoon and I have to drive from Rotorua, they made me nearly late!!

The upsells are a intimidating and pressured Certainly not the standard of buisseness practice and model set out by Tonys Tyres many years ago Insults the intelligence to go in for old fashioned service then to be hit with upsells in thinking your wanted to return based on good service practices, quality of product and friendly team practices rather than a need to go back based on shelling out $240 odd dollars for 5 wheel alignments A bit more tact, less eagerness and subtle greed would go along way better in the long term rather than corporate store goal pressures

I completely forgot I had tyre cover from getting my tyres done previously. My tyre had a crack close to the tyre wall and was covered. It was amazing news that it was covered and didn't have to pay right out for a new tyre. The gentleman that dealt with me was lovely aslo and gave amazing customer service. I knew all them years ago tonys tyres was the place to go. Also, they got me in on the same day. No fuss or Hassle. It has totally made my monday. Thank you

Tonys tyre service is a JOKE! GO TO RYANS MOBILE TYRES ROTORUA! Ryan is a honest and well priced tyre repair man NOT tonys tyre service rip offs. If you go in for a puncture repair everytime youll need a tyre, not 1 tyre but 4. He always does the hard sell and pressures you. Ive had several issues with them the most recent being i had a cracked rim, got it repaired and then he said i needed a new tyre but the tyre was new! He said i drove on it flat never did i drive on it flat i made sure it was pumped up. Went in to get my repaired rim and decided i had had enough of him pressuring me to get another new tyre, i said i wanted my old tyre back and ill go get someone else to look at it he refused i said i want it back i brought it it is MY tyre! After abit of back and forth he then went to locate my tyre after sometime he returned it. Took it to ryans mobile tyre service (actually he came to me) he said it was absolutely fine replaced it for a very reasonable prce and ive had no issue with it. I paid to have the headlights cleaned because they said i needed it done, he said they will look like the picture i done it and they look nothing like the picture still very yellow. Went to change brakes and discovered they had put the wrong lock nuts on 1 of my rims so i didnt have a key to get them off! He claims its impossible for this to happen but i havent been anywhere else for those tyres! Im not stupid!! Conveniently they couldent go back in thier camera footage to see what happened. Why would i put different lock nuts on 1 of my wheels that i dont have the lock nut key for. He said they never use the customers lock nut keys- thats just another lie because everytime they ask me for the locknut key because none of thiers fit!! FYI I had to wait for over 2 hours on 2 occations! and you could imagine i saw some things! Every person that came in needed more than the 1 tyre replaced, he even pushed 1 lady into getting finance! Some travellers had a new car he was telling her she should get tyre insurance she said no he kept pushing and pushing her husband ended up walking in and saying she had car insurance why would she need seperate tyre insurance! He eventually got mad and took his wife and left. People qent in for a warrent needing 1 or 2 tyres and of course he recommended they change them all and he will gove them best price. Dont be fooled go elsewhere.

My first visit at Tony's Tyre Service Rotorua was flawless! We had been driving on a trip to Rotorua when I noticed a tyre was damaged. I immediately went to see them, they quickly assessed the problem. The required replacement tyres were not in stock, however amazingly they placed an order and gave me an appointment first thing the very next morning! Thanks to the team at Tony's Tyre Service Rotorua we were able to drive back home safely, thank you!
