The team at turners were happy to accomodate to my needs even after a month of owning the car. They took it to three different places to get it checked out. Nothing ended up being wrong but they were still happy to help. they went above and beyond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reception staff are outstanding, very friendly and helpful and so are the guys who look after the cars it's a massive place. The staff at reception went out of their way to try and help me find the right car. I still haven't found the right car but they are still looking for me and keeping in touch via phone and email. The only one thing I found hard was trying to look for the cars in my price range there doesn't seem to be any order at all they are just scattered all over the place, different prices, makes, models all mixed up .Makes looking very difficult ? ? other wise Turners Rotorua I'd be very happy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly half of these reviews are just sour, my experience with turners was fair and just, outstanding service.
I was respected and treated well during my time dealing with turners, they gave me a more then fair offer on my vehicle, even drove me home after so I could have one last drive in my car! If you want a place that is full of friendly and fair people to buy or sell your car, this is the place. No sleezy car salesman, just an awesome team.
Well done Turners Rotorua.
