Applicable to tyres damaged under normal driving conditions with a legal remaining tread depth (1.5mm). Excludes the following situations: (a) a motor vehicle accident between two vehicles; (b) tyre damage attributed to abuse ie. excessive driving on a flat tyre, misalignment etc.; and (c) vandalism or wilful damage. Only applies to tyres supplied and fitted by Tony’s Tyre Service. Tyre Cover Plus does not cover instances where an after-market self sealing gel has been used on the tyre.

The Manager Arvind was very informative in explaining and helping me decide what was best for my car, not only for the short-term, but also for the long run. They didn't have any customers at the time as well, so were able to service my tyres straight away. They were done at a really good price with alignment and nitrogen. All done within an hour. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service and quick turnaround, needed 4 new tyres and alignment (WOW it was bad) was given a wide range of options at a very good price - appreciate the heads up that the car needed a service and the brakes really need replacing urgently. Will be booking in with them because not only was the price excellent but they really care for the safety of the driver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a 2x wheel alignment 1-week in advance at 11am. When I arrived at the shop, I was told to wait and I've waited for another 40 minutes before my first car was looked at. I'm expecting they will do my next car right away, NO they put another car into the machine. The staff told me to book for another day. I insisted to do it on the day because the car was already there, and my and my son have already been there and allocated the day for it. I've waited and waited for another 30 minutes before they put the car on the machine. Fortunately, the car's wheel alignment has no issue and nothing to adjust.SO it was fast.What's the point of a booking system if when you arrive on time you still have to wait. That's a useless booking system. You have to manage your works in order not to frustrate your customers. When you book someone for a specific time, you have to honour that. It's ok to wait for a short time but not long as if you're a walk-in customer. You have to respect the time of your customers.I suspect it was because I will be using a prepaid coupon and will not be bringing new cash payment. Hence, cash customers are prioritized. Frustrated and SAD...
