★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I totally recommend Sophie for a massage. I have been going to Sophie once a fortnight for nearly a year. Sophie makes me feel relaxed and has helped me with sore hips, neck and shoulders. The room is a lovely a nice environment to be in, plus on cold mornings the heated massage table is a bonus. I have nearly no stiffness in my body now. Thanks Sophie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before going in for my first massage, I thought my calves, feet and back were my top priority as my body felt achy and tense in these areas. But after the consultation she clearly saw how i was sitting my shoulders hunced over and I looked very uncomfortable. She worked out my very tight forearms, shoulders and chest which at the end of the massage i felt so relaxed in all areas of my body. Even my feet felt amazing and she never once touched them. First massage from her since my pregnancy 2 years ago and I highly highly recommend her!

I have been in alot of pain due to my back and pressure headaches. He was able to relieve the daily headaches and give more mobility. Highly recommend will return.
