My staff was picked up by city brunch two weeks ago, but it’s still not scanned yet. I don’t know the reason and I have no idea how long need I to wait for.

there are only people without common sense. I live next door to NZCourier Parnell. There cannot be people so lazy without wanting to help. They did not want to give me the package despite having the red card, I had to call by phone and go to the web and get appointment. inept. if buying on trademe or any other e-commerce system DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE it works very very bad in Auckland.

Agree with other comment and they dont deserve a star at all. Ridiculous service. Does the courier know people living in apartment need to wait for the lift to come down? I cant just jump down from the balcony after receiving the intercom call (which i have answered). The Courier 023 on 31/01/2022 left without even waiting or calling my phone number on the parcel. Any other courier service would wait after calling the intercom or call my phone number. Guess what there was no missed delivery card too, Extremely disappointed on the service, now I am stuck in a limbo of waiting someone in the branch to contact me

Pretty poor customer experience at organisation level. Urgent (envelope-sized) package booked 22 Dec AKL to Ohakune. Represented as likely delivered next day, or possibly day after that. Eventually delivered 6 Jan. Chased multiple times along the way. Nice enough people on help desk but the org appears disconnected /dysfunctional. Follow-ups / updates / call backs / escalation / etc don't happen. People either don't follow through, or have no ability to. 1/10 *** Update: responding to company reply: this review is nothing to do with holiday volumes etc, and everything to do with multiple in-person misrepresentations, un-met communication and action commitments, and un-forced errors seemingly at every step of the way. The booking was made by phone, was urgent, and I raised contingency concerns both upon booking and in follow up calls. Unfortunately there was either no, or bungled, follow through at each stage despite promises. The pickup was the only stage that happened on schedule / without issue. (Also a note that the review is not specific to branch - it's about impression of the organisation at macro level)

The intercom of my building was due to repair, and the delivery guy just can't ring my phone to pick it up downstairs (of which other couriers have no issue with this). Instead, didn't even leave a card until I checked the delivery status, then had to run to the branch to pick it up.

I totally agree with all the negative feedbacks. I would have rated it 0 if I could. I was waiting for my parcel all day the driver didn't even bother to ring the bell of my apartment or ring my phone number on the parcel, until I checked the tracking link again and it said unable to deliver. I received an email from the sender saying to confirm my address because the driver had the gut to open his mouth and lied that he has been told I am not at the address anymore when it was only me and my friend living in the address. Big fat liar! VERY TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Not recommend it at all.

For all things good and sacred PLEASE CHANGE YOUR HOLD MUSIC. If I have to be stuck on hold with you for 45 minutes then I would really prefer not to be assaulted by that high pitched terrible music on repeat. Literally anything would be better. Other than that, generally unreliable and I'm always gutted when I order something online and they're the courier company. It's like their courier drivers don't know how to knock on doors or ring doorbells forcing the receiver to drive to Manukau to get the delivery. EDIT: after your response, you are right I ended up only having to go to Parnell. However at no point did I ask to make this a depot pickup and I did, in fact, inform your customer service representative when I picked up the parcel. The person who I spoke to on the phone has, in my entire experience with you guys, been the only person who has been helpful. I get covid is a difficult time, but I haven’t had the issues I’ve had with you guys as I have had with other companies. Thanks

Courier didn’t even try to use the doorbell at our apartment building, nor called my phone (no other couriers have this issue). They then proceeded to leave my extremely important delivery in a mailbox that wasn’t mine, without the label facing out. The only reason I knew it was there was because my DHL tracking had told me it was delivered (my order was 9 days late), and I happened to recognise the companies packaging. Totally unacceptable. I hope you train your staff better.
