β β β β β Product was not in stock so was asked to pay first and then told it would take 7 days to arrive from Christchurch. When it still did not arrive was told just to try tomorrow. Not interested in chasing up why it had not turned up yet. However Sam from the Christchurch head office with the online live chat gets a 5+ star rating for his help sorting it out and informing me why and where my product was.

They have been so helpful the times Ive been in there and have always found the prices for this quality gear to be exceptional. Bunch of GOOD BUGGERS! Thanks guys!

β β β β β Brought a product off these guys didnt have adapter in stock for a air gun went to pipeline to find this air gun is a chinese brand and no adapter is eligible to suit the gun for my air fitting father and law went to get a plainer and he said will have to order one was going to cost $100 extra in freight he said he could get shiped online for free the responce was not my problem

β β β β β Had a small issue with a new product that wouldn't work.
Called in and was dealt with quickly and courteously. After checking the product,which proved to have an issue it was replaced with another new one .
All working perfectly, great service,and one happy customer.
The manager Carl, couldn't have done more to ensure a great outcome. I'll be back !!!
