★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Three stars for the young boys on the floor and the bike mechanic, awesome service, great attitudes and really knowledgeable on the bike parts. Minus two stars for the acting manager on a hunt for shoplifters then prodding us for information and making us feel like shoplifters after spending over $200. If you go in for a browse around the store, be prepared to be approached by management and staff every five minutes and have your life story ready.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service, ordered in parts for bike rack, waiting along time to arrive, when I rung to follow up they had been sitting in the shop and no one had called. Then the parts were incorrect. Model of bike rack has changed slightly over the last 18months not the young guys fault but couldn't find the older model and parts after almost 30mins instore I walked out with a refund. But you think they would have offered to call there supplier and get the correct parts, I think he was more interested in me going away so it wasn't his problem anymore.
