★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in yesterday (Sun 17th Feb), and the sales girl in there was on her phone the whole time we were in there. She didn't greet or even ask if you need any help with anything. My wife waited for eye contact so she could ask for a size but Miss was too busy leaning over the counter and on her phone. Greeting and helping customers is your key to sales.

We checked the reviews online and its a very very common complaint for the shoe.We couldn't hear the squeak in the store as the music in the store was bit loud. Store would not do a refund and although the guys on the counter were polite the owner was unpleasant to deal with. Bad luck for my daughter and her hard saved pocket money Wont ever shop there again.
