★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very knowledgeable and friendly team in the bike department. Always take my bikes here for servicing even though I live in Tauranga and we have a local T7 store. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Cant rate the team highly enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my daughter in law to drive from Kinloch to Rotorua to get my granddaughter an Indy Neo Vest and that was in stock to be told by the rude lady she was not looking in a box and we had to buy the boys one or nothing. No impressed at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 star service at Torpedo7 Rotorua on Thursday 16th December. Very friendly, helpful, patient staff. I took my 3 children into the store looking for wetsuits. My autistic twin boys went straight for the tent setup in the middle of the store and made themselves at home in the sleeping bags. The staff were amazing. We left with lots of great items to enjoy the summer at the lake. Thanks again.
