The mechanic said he did not touch the right hand headlight and therefore is not his fault and won't fix it unless I pay an extra $200, and that the dead bug was already there but the headlight was just too dirty and it was not visible until he buffed the headlight for me (do not agree - headlight was clear enough to see the bug pre repair, photo attached). Also, he may not have touched it but these problems were fine going into the shop and even if it wasn't, this job was under insurance so why was it not fixed? The mechanic was very angry and made me feel intimidated. Bug is still there and light still not aligned. No longer happy and won't be recommending. Attaching photo of car pre-repair and my issue post-repair.

Good service and super quick repair. Only took 2days to replace front bumper and a headlight. Loan car was modern. The non fixed headlight was slightly misaligned and somehow had a bug in it but came in the next day and is being fixed. Flatmate was jealous as her repair elsewhere took almost 2weeks and we both know where to come next time!
