We are a family orientated health food shop with a heavy focus on ethical trading. This is great news, for you the customer are our main focus.
We are one of the last independently owned and operated health food stores. We have been in busness for over 28 years and still are passionate about the health of our clientele. We are focussed on improving your health, not taking your money!
This, of course, means getting the correct nutritional advice and ensuring that what you are taking is right for you – and NOT buying supplements that you DO NOT NEED!

The knowledgable man at this shop (John?) spent the time to discuss my problem with me and came up with a solution that has worked brilliantly (not to mention almost instantly).
