β β β β β I bought a blood pressure monitor from this Pharmacy and spent over $200 in July 2021. I got great service as far as email confirmation and the item arriving promptly but there was no invoice or GST receipt given. I've emailed them 3 times now asking for one, because I need it for the warranty, but never had a response. Legally they have to provide a GST receipt, so I'm not happy. This makes me wonder if they would honour the warranty if something did go wrong with the machine.

The price is definitely lower than other places and product turned up in good condition but they seem to have forgotten my order, I had to send a follow up email after I hadn't heard anything 2 weeks after the order date and then they sent the product, pretty disappointing

β β β β β Very impressed with service and cost! The product was cheaper than at other pharmacies and I also didn't need to pay shipping as my order was over $50. I was weary when payment went through and saw a Hotmail address as thought I might have handed my money to fraudsters but package was tracked, I received notifications and was delivered to my door from Auckland to Kapiti Coast within 3 days. Very impressed.
