He located the source of the roof leak, showing me photos of the cracked tile as well as the water inside the roof. This gave me the confidence we were going to be ok. The photos were also provided with the invoice. Water was dried. Gutters and valleys cleared. Very happy. Charge also seemed very reasonable. A great Kiwi business.
