We booked our European flights via Jettzy at the end of 2019. The process was seamless and communication brilliant. What was even more amazing that when Covid hit and our airline cancelled our flights, it was Jettzy that contacted US to organise the refund immediately. Since then they've managed the process for us even when the airline went into administration and we're 100% confident that they'll see this through to the end for us, no matter how long it takes! We will be booking every flight from now on with them,
