Cookies not fresh either..disappointed in the quality of the food. I'll move on now, many other sandwich places around

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a promo by email, but no, the store don’t do the promo … sooooo why you guys send the promo? Beside I’m pretty sure the bread had hours because it was really hard after warm it up. Not coming back to any subway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok the guy here wins for managing to get the most chicken and salad into a 6 inch teriyaki chicken on herb & cheese bread. Cheddar cheeses. Toasted with everything bar tomato. Ranch and aoli sauce. Guy gets top Mark's for a great build. I did come across a couple of bits of dried up chicken where they'd been in the warmer to long ir cooked to the side of the container, but they were still eatable. I also choose to eat in this time. Sat facing a open toilet door. I know I cud have moved. The floors are in need of a good mop and the place just looks run down and unloved. This has got to be the worst dine in joint in the Samales farm complex. Extra star for the huge sub.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fire Terry, I ask for chicken he says “No” and gives me a strip of ham. I have been there before and Terry always messes up my order he has even given me a broken cookie with hair in it btw, and ask for salt and pepper and he doesn’t put it in. In conclusion fire Terry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The regular tuna salad was very small. I often get this salad at other subway branches it didnt compare well. I asked for more lettuce and she said no, so I asked if I could pay for some avocado, which was 1.20 extra, as advertised. I took photos which are attached

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had a subway from here and the food was fine but the worker who made the sub was quite rude and sorta just slapped the sandwich together :/ usually I love going to subway but I was pretty disappointed with the customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most rude employee’s..don’t have the patience to let the customer choose their meal..I was trying to order a salad and this Asian guy (employee)just flips at me because I took time to choose whether to take or not. I had to leave the place without ordering one. Anyways I highly do not recommend anyone to visit this particular store as I’m one of the frequent customers for subway and love their food but if not for such harsh employees, this store would have done great. Thanks for ruining my beautiful Saturday! Such a let down
