On two occasions I have been served by the same miserable, sour faced, grumpy female shop assistant who shouldn’t even be at front of house, let alone serving customers. On both occasions I have kindly asked her to change something on my order because I suffer from food intolerances. I don’t want to seem like a pain, but if I don’t omit gluten or dairy from my diet I could become seriously ill. I did not appreciate when she spoke sarcastically to me and mumbled what I can only imagine was insults to me under her breath. She was lucky I’m generally a nice person and I wouldn’t stoop to her level. But I will not be stepping foot back in this place. If the company wants to make any money I suggest they get rid of her, she lets the whole place down. I only gave them one star because they make a semi decent pad thai.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are lucky in Kawerau one would think having a food outlet with pretty much selections of all sorts to suit the palet of each individual. Having said an individuals taste buds would vary hence if you are like myself the sunday meal type is usually my preference. Yes a place to visit most times of the week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant is ALWAYS clean, the staff are always helpful. The food is hot and the portions are normal more then you need. I have eaten a few times now and will again. Keep it up guys your doing a great job.
