β β β β β Really poor service, absolutely no assistance for the three lockdowns, best "deal" was to postpone payments but add on interest etc and compound that into future payments.... Watch out if you borrow from these people.

β β β β β Unprofessional approach to car finance, received a repossession notice for owing $250 with no pervious letterr retaining to the issue. Very disappointed, will not being refinancing.

β β β β β I've had wonderful experience since I've taken finance for the last 3 years and the phone support system is excellent. I've rung them on numerous occasions and they are always prompt in helping and sorting out all queries amicably. Thank you Toyota Finanace.

β β β β β I haven't had any problems with them, set up of the loan was quick and easy a few years ago now, and I've just spoken to a really nice lady who was really helpful in helping me pay off the remaining balance. Easy as and thanks!!

β β β β β Posting on-behalf of a friend. My friend anticipated buying a Toyota Hilux double cab and approached Toyota Finance. Toyota Finance declined the application for finance on affordability criteria. 2 hours later, Nissan offered a very competitive finance on spot for Navara, only to get a call from Toyota salesperson saying they can work around something.
We were disappointed with the racist treatment we got from the team. People are judged by their appearance. Now 5 years down the line, my cousin has been able to fully pay-off the ute with no defaults or what so ever.
I also had one gone to Toyota finance to approach for Fortuner a few months back β I was told about my in-affordability so I did buy from them and then later offered a ridiculous interest rate saying they can offer a loan at that interest rate.
This is no make-up story and truly what you get for what Toyota claims to provide a professional service. Its high time they need to review their stringent lending policies.

β β β β β One of the most archaic financial services I've used. Statements are monthly and not aligned to payments. There is no electronic form, aka app or website, where loan information is at your fingertips. Need to call them to get a balance. However, service is good when you do call.

β β β β β The worst finance company ever special the guy called Vidya. they had a bank error and refunded me 3 of my payments then sent me a threatening letter to take my car back.
Made arrangements with them to pay the money back specially after my bank used that fund to close my overdraft that i was working on closing it gradually with the bank.
Now this finance people are dishonoring the agreement i had with them and keep sending me a repossessioning letters every other week ignoring that i am paying the agreed amount to fix their mistake and my regular installment too.
I have never had a late installment to them but the are blaming others for their mistakes.
Thats why i wish i give the negative stars not just 1 star
