★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company I have ever dealt with, customer service was appalling 7 calls just to get the bin. When 2 turned up after 20 days the manager of customer service said I should be happy . Second week no one turned up had to ring again and got hung up on when querying. I will be honest and say I was getting bit angry towards the end . No one ever rings back. Found out they have 1 driver so they under prepard and driver is obviously under pressure. When I questioned what app says they told me I was lying . I will take 20 % blame for getting upset. Do your research.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using Enviroearth now for a year and cannot speak highly enough of their service.
You do need to wait for the initial bin delivery but ours went smoothly (I think it was about 2 weeks?) and was delivered exactly as promised. The first pickup is free by entering a promo code.
The app could not be simpler to use and I have just ordered a pickup for tomorrow as my bin has just filled. So convenient to be able to book pickup only as and when needed - a much cheaper and much better option than our previous provider. The bin is always picked up on time and we get a reminder the night before.

I used to get frustrated with my old green waste company that I was tied to their scheduled once a month pick up & had to pay regardless of whether I needed it. Getting extra pickups when my lawns were growing fast was also really hard. With EnviroEarth I can choose when to have my bin picked up and only pay for those I book. Ka pai!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid to have our bin picked up. They won't come to collect. Have rung 4 times and 2 emails. Every time they promise to get it collected within 1-2 days. Never happens.
Don't use these guys. Absolutely useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just love this green waste collection service! We've had our green bin now for a few years. It's the only one that allows us to fill up & order a collection any time, so easy. In the quieter months we don't have enough, so pay nothing, and when the garden starts growing again we just order a collection more often. It's so convenient, and the super economical price of just $9.95 per collection is hard to beat - I don't think there is a better option out there. Keep it up EnviroEarth!
