★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For an on-line order, very poor communications. No acknowledgement of order, no advice of dispatch, no tracking number supplied. After a week had to phone, call not returned. After another day phoned and asked for tracking number to be sent to email address. Unfortunately it went into my Junkmail box and I missed it as no notification appeared. Need to improve information to customers please.
