β β β β β Lovely meal...on Queens birthday weekend a group of 12 of us travelled there on a dreary wet Monday to have an outing and lunch. There was also a small group of women dining otherwise it was just the 2 groups. The wait staff were very good, attentive but not intrusive and the food was lovely. Their menu covers a wide choice of dishes including thai. The dining room is aged but warm and pleasant. Would happily return and recommend.

β β β β β The restaurant and Bar use to be great. I'm not sure owners switched But it has gone down hill. we are the regular visitors. Food is disaster and price is rip off..! Before it use to good. Very RUDE Bar Staff.
Never coming back..! Highly Not recommended.

β β β β β Sold as a deluxe room. Feeling completely ripped off. If you want to charge your phone you have to unplug the TV. Bed should have been thrown out 20 years ago so uncomfortable. Holes in the wall lights didn't work. Nowhere to sit. DO NOT stay here.

β β β β β The menu is not exciting, was after a burger as they have it on the lunch menu,but did not want to make a small exception for my child . So ended up having bland wedges. Will definitely not be returning until menu is updated with affordable and more exciting

β β β β β Oh my gosh. I am very very impressed with the customer service of this place.
I am unable to travel to the hotel this weekend due to COVID positive test and I had total support from Becky who made sure I could cancel my booking on time to get the full refund.
So nice and very rare to find this kind of attitude in a world were everyone finds excuses not to help others.
Becky (I hope I am writing your name right), I wanna meet you in person.
Hoping to be able to book soon and enjoy the weekend with you guys.
