★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strange company. Very bad internal coordination and completely unprofessional. Called there so many times after registrating with them to ask for a job and every single time noone knew where I am. And every time I went there, they wanted me to fill in the registration because "I am not in the computer". The absolute climax was as Me and a agent where assigning for an appointment for drug screening and induction and as I arrived there no one knews who I am again and no one knew about an appointment. And yes it was definitely a Tradestaff agent. Better try your luck somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are prepared to actually do some work, and can pick things up quickly, these guys will keep you in work even as a temp. As soon as one assignment ended they had me into another, back to back. May not be exactly what you want, but its a pay check and its experience. Tradestaff were one of the better outfits I went through before taking a permanent job offer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unsure of NZ as a whole but Christchurch was poorly managed, the lady manager who I believe is no longer there decided who would get the jobs basically her favourites, unfortunately if you were of a certain race you wouldn't get any work. I'm hoping things have changed now though I believe the senior management were aware of her behaviour amd chose to ignore it due to hitting targets
