Anthony was very welcoming and very helpful, and was what I would call calm under pressure as there were non stop customers on the yard and only him there on the Sunday. Really happy with my new car, you guys delivered on everything you said you would.

We travelled from Tauranga today and the car they described was everything we hoped it would be. I was given a fair deal on our trade in and would certainly recommend these guys. An efortless process and extremely happy with our car..

β β β β β I had a fantastic experience buying from here. I dealt with Anthony and John and enjoyed their friendly no-pressure sales approach. The car was exactly as described and very well priced. They recommended and facilitated an independent inspection, and were very helpful to me being from out of town. Iβm delighted with my car and would happily buy here again and recommend to others. β β β β β Atrocious customer service with unscrupulous sales agents trying to sell you the car. Once car is sold and contract done, they will not give a **** anymore! No wonder there have been bad reviews floating around for this place.
Take your money somewhere else!

β β β β β The worst experience i have ever had purchasing a vehicle. John the sale manager lied about the service history, lied about the number of owners, wouldn't fix certain things on the car etc. I expected the cars service history as promised, then after purchasing, informed it was lost, and then found it had twice as many owners, sold to me as a two owner, found it had 5 owners. I advised John i would take the car to BMW to be checked, he demanded i return the vehicle, even after it was sold. The only redeeming factor for this dealer was another sales person (Brent) went out of his way to help fix the issues, supplied a loan vehicle but was subsequently sacked (by John L). The owner seems genuine but John is one shady ethic-less sales person. Do not buy from him.
Because you're a typical used car sales person, the type that give used car sales people a bad name. You are a fraud and a total hypocrite, i have all the conversations recorded and they tell a good story of this honest Johnny boy. If you want dodgy, buy from this A-hole, if you want honesty go elsewhere. Seems like there is plenty of feed back to back my claims up liar.

β β β β β I have been dealing with Tradinpost since 2013 when I immigrated to my new country. Firstly I am a Kiwi and extremely proud of that.
I have purchased three cars from John and recently one from Anthony.
The service, respect and openess has made me feel at home.
When issues (only 3 in 10 years came up with the new cars I bought, John did not hesitate to resolve it, exceeding my expectations. This has renewed my faith in car saleman's.
Tradinpost is lucky to have especially John on the floor and can only sing his praises.
Thank you for your excellent track record.
I am surely going to continue dealing with Tradinpost.
