★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to go get your car washed, they have a cafe if you want to have a coffee or drink while you sit and wait. Or you could also go do some shopping at countdown which is close or Mc Ds. But I would recommend popping across the road and going for a milk dinosaur at Mamarich Cafe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The $110 Silver Service was a huge disappointment. The photos speak for themselves- some panels were not washed at all, a number of inside areas not vacuumed, parts that were washed had dirty streaks on them, bird poop not washed out (and it was not so dried in, because I later washed it off myself with a water wipe). I used to come here regularly, but it is time to look for better alternatives.
And to respond to the business owner, no, the vehicle was not covered in spores. The dirt on the outside panels is sand. Wiped easily by hand, or a plain damp cloth as I had to do after leaving the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bring my car here for a six monthly thourough valeting. They have a range of options from $30 to $200. Today I went for the $55 option as the car was covered in dust after a trip to Whanganui and the car had been valeted a couple of times already recently by Toyota. They have tables, coffee and WiFi. When I arrived at 9:05 they were already busy but the bakery only took 45 minutes which is about perfect for me to do some work. The staff are helpful and friendly despite the cold and wet weather.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent $95 for a full clean and were appalled at the quality of cleaning that our practically new car had been given. When we brought the car back home, we were stunned to find the roof of the car had not been touched at all. Being parked sometimes under a tree, it had a lot of tree leaf debris and soil litter on the roof that we ended up having to wash and clean. We would have probably just gone for a simple car wash at a petrol station if we had known beforehand that we would have to return home from Car-fe and continue with the car washing. We had decided to take our cars every month for a full clean but thanks to this experience, we will just stick to the car wash at petrol stations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They couldn't do a deep clean of my upholstery, even though it's listed on their website. Really not their fault if down on staff due to Covid. Would however have been helpful if they had said that on their website and saved me a trip. Still got a wash, vacuum and internal clean. Suggest allowing 90minutes in the weekend, as still took a while.

Noticed after I had left, missing parts of plastic trim around door lock, and door airbags. Must have been knocked off during clean.
Still marks all over the vinyl upholstery, I can easily wipe off myself with a towel.
Windows are still dirty with bird droppings still visible.
Center console still dirty, don't even think it was dusted.
Didn't think my car would come back in worse condition!
