He has studied in the traditional style, straight from the founder of Transformational Yoga in India (Swami Vidyanand Ji), which gives him high credibility in the field. I have studied a number of Teacher Training courses with Utkarsh, both in Yoga and Meditation. Over the last few years of learning from him, I have gained deep academic, theoretical, philosophical and spiritual understanding; simultaneously gaining practical, hands-on training and experience as a teacher. I now confidently conduct yoga and meditation classes around Auckland.
