The staff was very professional & provided the excellent service, we especially felt Sharlene was precise in all communications & kept us informed with everything required, she ensured to be on point with all documemts, kept us updated with the process of where our personal belongings were at & making the correct decisions for arrival.
Upon arrival the 3 guys were so awesome they were pro's all the way,
It was raining for days which meant that it was difficult to get the Truck closer to the house, but these guys parked up & carried all furniture from the side if the road, which was amazing it was a fair distance down hill
& back up to the hill to get another load.
They were fast & furiously strong,
Have to mention they set up our furniture in the house as well, so cool, i hope our experience will help inspire others wanting to move, to use Transworld International Removals. They Rock

They have been very prompt in their initial response to what was needed and also one of the few companies that were contacted to give additional info re customs etc. from the start. Furthermore, they have gone out of their way to assist and provide a professional service. And.... They have been very patient with all the questions. Really happy to have used Transworld. Hope their colleagues at the other end do as good of a job as they have done. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A big thank you to Sharleen and the team at Transworld for delivering our shipment from Switzerland for which we had waited for 5 months. While waiting for our shipment, Sharleen helped keep stress levels down.
The original delivery was to Wellington but we had moved in the interim to Whanganui. For an agreed additional cost, a smooth delivery was arranged by Transworld. Despite logistical problems exacerbated by Covid, as well as inspection by MPI, we had our goods within a week of the shipment arriving in Wellington. Excellent service indeed!

This time my family relocated to Australia from New Zealand.
The Branch Manager Samantha took good care of us since day one. She quoted everything clearly and in details. She is also very patience to answer our questions. She also does the follow up job very well. I know we can depend on Samantha and Transworld totally. Communication is so easy and smooth.
The price of the removal service is reasonable. No hidden cost or any additional fee. Nothing to worry about.
The moving day was stress-free as well. The process was quick and efficient. Our things were marked clearly and wrapped in a good condition. They looked after everything, especially the piano very well. What else can I ask for?
Afterwards, we got updated about when the cargo was ready to shipped and landed regularly. The delivery team in Australia were remarkable as well. They are friendly, polite and efficient. We are so pleased to see everything is in a wonderful condition without any damages! The piano had special treatment and was delivered by a professional Piano Mover on the other day! Guess what? The piano is still in tune after 3 months journey!
Much appreciated to Transworld's help!! Moving to another country is stressful and Transworld makes us having one fewer issue to concern or worry about. I would recommend Transworld International Removals to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Transworld moved us from Auckland to Christchurch in Dec 2021. Their quote was about $1k less than the competition and their reviews were good so we decided to use their service. Never again, and I would not recommend them. On the day of removal the container truck was delayed and they rang to say they couldn't move us until the following day which I approved. The next day a truck arrived. I wrongly assumed the container would arrive, be loaded at our home and then unloaded at the destination. Instead, our furniture was loaded onto the truck in Auckland, out of the truck into a container at their depot, shipped to Christchurch and then loaded from the container onto two trucks for delivery to our new home. While the truck was professionally loaded in Auckland under our supervision, our furniture arrived with significant damage to several items including legs completely broken off a coffee table, a side table, an outdoor bench seat, the fridge was dented and scratched, our oak dining table was scratched, had compression marks at one end, water damage and a corner chipped off. A brand new bed head was cracked and several items of furniture had their edges chipped. All furniture was supposed to be blanket wrapped moved with professional care but its clear that insufficient care was taken when the furniture was repacked in several occasions. Items that we packed in boxes arrived safe and sound as far as we can tell, though many boxes no longer had numbering stickers on them as they had been manhandled so many times. I was prepared to repair most of the items myself but asked Transworld to arrange for repair of the dining table and transport it to and from the repair shop. They refused to provide any assistance other than a measly $350 compensation. The pictures tell the story better than words...
