★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my nose done a few months ago with a cartridge didn’t need parent consent. Clearly states on their website only needle piercing needs a parent to sign if you are under 16 went in today to get it done and they had to ring my mum who has memory loss to ask for my birthdate of course she got it wrong so I couldn’t get pierced maybe you should should change what their website says.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got an industrial piercing but one side was pierced too close to the edge on my ear, they didn't mark my ear with a pen but I assumed they knew what they were doing.
If you go here for piercings make sure to ask them to mark your ear and get some better antiseptic, the tea tree spray they have isn't great.

Had 3 piercings done, large selection of jewelry, affordable pricing, clean and tidy store and private, comfortable piercing rooms, easy to book and the girls working that day had exceptional customer service, I highly recommend and will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to share the great customer service I received recently from Trendez after I had my nose pierced.
All went well, (the piercer was awesome), unfortunately 3 days later the sleeper just fell out. We rang the store and were advised to contact the owner via their website. We did so and a reply was received very, very quickly, advising me to call back into the store ASAP to have the sleeper put back in and the hinge on the sleeper checked. I advised I would call in on the Sunday morning.
There is obviously great communication in this business, because I was greeted by name when I arrived and it was known why I was there. Even though I arrived not long after they opened for the day, the store (and phone) was already very, very busy, not to mention they were short staffed, but I was told that they would fit me in. The two lovely staff were very friendly and helpful, and I was impressed with their customer service skills. My sleeper was found to be faulty and replaced and refitted without question.
I was quite anxious on my way to the store, but was put totally at ease as soon as I stepped through the door. I highly recommend Trendez, great customer service like this is hard to find these days!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a forward helix piercing yesterday and it was a great experience. Lee was so professional and very experienced. I felt very relaxed with her and its so clean and sterile. I also bought other Jewellery for my other ear peicings and the lovely young woman who helped me was so knowledgeable and kind, she didn't rush me at all and I took a while to decide what jewellery I wanted. Highly recommended, these ladies are awesome. So professional and they really know their stuff. The shop has heaps of choice and it's so clean and tidy. Highly recommend Trendz Christchurch and all the staff who work there. I'll definitely be back soon.
