★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toilets are pretty bad one night there was no toilet seat, blocked sink with vomit, and the smell of urine outside is bad, the music varies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A door charge is normally in exchange for a special dj /specific event or a special / popular date where the venue has extra expenditure to enhance the customers experience . Never have I been charged $15 to walk in a door and spend more money in an empty bar ??? then told if I have a bad attitude about giving free money I can go ?? trash place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this place on years and the toilet was so filthy absolutely disgusting, toilet paper was on the ground drenched with urine, toilet seat was off the toilet. Urine everywhere with toilet paper, Men and woman share the same toilet. Hygiene for this place doesn’t seem like it’s a issue. Also spoke to the manager about this before I left. Fingers crossed it gets sorted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's a shake, a boom, a random yell off the top of their lungs at the wrong beat. It's TRILOGYYYY, but..., in my bedroom. No, not that kind of evening, let me explain.
I lived right next to Trilogy. I remember the first time I went into a cinema to watch Jurassic Park with Dolby sound. That's everyday life when Trilogy is on but without majestical creatures and more like low hi-fi. I also think I know their playlist by heart.
One time I called Noise Control and they didn't even need to enter my apartment to give them a warning. Mind you, I did invite him in and offer him a tea or whatever he fancies. He was nice.
Still, I think Trilogy needs to invest in some form of soundproofing or..., at least close your back doors and turn down the music a bit. You know, I can even hear conversations and your music through my kitchen air vent. I hear Jessica's been double-dipping. Oops.
On a real note, I don't wish the end of Trilogy but I do think some basic consideration for others in the neighbourhood is necessary, you know, that thing New Zealand prides themselves on. I think it's kindness?
Last but not least, I have my popcorn ready for my much deserved response.

They don’t pay their staff properly, the worst business owners I have ever heard and dealt with.
These guys should lose their license and never be able to open a business again.
Illegal things happen there and police or council don’t care.
So you, the people of Auckland should care and spend your money with business which care.
