★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waste of time. Specifically asked twice what time the kitchen was open for lunch and told 2pm. Arrived at 1.30pm to find the kitchen closed. A big joke for the kiddies on the staff, my fault apparently. Won't be troubling them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok.... have to say that this franchise of Columbus Coffee is one of the best that I've been to?... like many places, the staff is very friendly but what makes them stand out is compared to the few franchises I have been to, the checks were done very casual and politely...Jasmine is one of their awsome staff who takes good care of the patrons...!!! Also, the couple that owns this one is amazing !... you'll know when you meet them ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ great ambiance, good coffee, great location near queens street..my little boy likes the brownie, not too sweet.. the girl in the counter need to be smiling and accommodating, not frowning and ignore customers, hope one day they provide free wifi to customers too..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't leave town until you have tried the new Toastie. Very nice. If you want to, you can add fries. I think they may be onto a winner with this new addition to their menu. All the staff were awesome and welcoming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I met a friend at this cafe today for a tea and breakfast it was 11:50am. I approached the counter where an elderly lady was standing behind the counter. I was looking up at the board deciding what to order when the lady abruptly and in a loud tone said “ Did you not read the sign, the kitchen is closed as we have no chef!!!” I was in shock and asked her not to yell at me in that tone. Her husband came out of the kitchen and asked me not to talk to his wife like that. I said to him you were not present when she yelled at me for not noticing her little sign she had on the counter. Wether I noticed the sign or not NOBODY deserves to be spoken to the way I was spoken to. I will never be going to this franchise again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The coffee is disgusting. I asked to add caramel syrup, no taste of caramel at all. The tea is tasteless because there was no tea bag in a cup. The staff girl must have put the tea bag just to colour it and didn’t leave it in. The muffin was not fresh. Very disappointed. I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is very stylish, nice interior with big glass windows. I got the French toast and a strawberry smoothie - both amazing! Look at the photo ???the chef clearly knows what he's doing. There was also a good current selection of magazines and papers to browse through whilst you sip your coffee which I thought was a wonderful addition. A great place, i highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am leaving review almost a week later. I’ve been here on Monday at 7 am busy for opening.
A man with gentle smile greeted me to come and have a seat in though it is not ready yet. He looked so happy and the happy mood fumed me too.
I was planning to order just a cup of coffee but couldn’t leave without trying their food because they all look so delicious. So, ordered one columbus breakfast and long black.
I don’t know much about coffee but it was aromatic bitter which i really like.
If you want to eat light break fast, then it will be big meal for you or you may share with your friend. There was one potato, two bacon, two whole tomato, two eggs, some mushrooms, two ciabatta bread.
I will come back for another breakfast too once i come bak in Auckland!
