★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parents ordered a paving extension and trellis screen back in June 2020. They paid the 50% deposit immediately since when they have heard nothing. It is now September 23rd! Both parents are in their 80's, stressed by the situation which is totally unfair. They should be ashamed of themselves. They dont even deserve one star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rang and asked for a quote, they said they could come the next day at 9.30am on Friday which was great as I’d only rung on Thursday morning. I waited till 10.15am till I finally rang them and where they were as they never showed up? they said they would send someone now. They got to me at 10.30am. They looked at my garage door and said I should have a quote back either later afternoon or early Monday. It’s now Friday a whole week later and I haven’t heard from them at all. No quote no follow up call. I ring them back again to get told that they will call me back. Doesn’t even sound like they have my details any more. Highly disappointed.
