β β β β β Our experience has been terrible. Very long waits for a reply from correspondence. They then ignore a Last Will and Testament also a memorandum of wishes that they charged for making at the time several years earlier prior to death. They are the worst to deal with and are only dragging things out for their own ends and NOT for the 2 beneficiaries. I would recommend any one thinking of using them to NOT do so is you want you dying wishes adhered to.
